Advanced technology of bi component primer epoxy, rust proof and rust convertor is available together in one product with high build and solids rich. It can apply on the light rusty metals with no need for perfect sand blasting. It is widely utilized in the automotive and iron industries.

Anticorrosive primer rich having zinc phosphate as well as rust converter elements. This is extremely strong having exceptional molecular structure. It is developed for meeting the needs of partial preparing surface with simple rust residue. It offers a base strong paint layer with matchless adhesion to iron metals that are also used as layer to bridge on old paints with rust on top. The paint is produced as pre the American device specifications MIL-PRF-23377G For aviation paints.

Technical data:

  • Adhesion test – stick 3M standard tape to surface under 2 kg pressure and after 1 hr. pull it off -  no paint split off the surface.

  • Coverage – 1 liter to 16 sqm. in a layer of 50 microns.

  • Density –part A =1.35-1.45 gm\cm3 part B =0.85-0.95 gm\cm3(ASTM D1475)

  • Distilled water resistance – 4 days in  49oc  – no film defect and adhesion.

  • Erosion-120 microns film – 1560 cycles (Gardner) ASTM

  • Flash point – 38oC

  • Hard drying time – up to 8 hours.

Surface preparation:

  • A thorough cleaning is required from dust, dirt as well as loose paints.

  • On old paint – sand well

  • Clean with air pressure and clean with dry clean cloth after soaking into thinner.

  • Iron Metals - suggested but not must – sand blast cleaning until you get white metal.

  • Very big surfaces –take out the paint with paint removers

  • Wash with water for neutralizing

  • Sand/spray soft sands as well as plastic powder for light roughness

  • Rinse with water

  • Dry completely.

Top color:

  • You can cover the top layer 8-12 hours after primer painting if it had the heat as well as dryness condition.

  • During the cold season, you can paint it only after 24 hours.

  • The top layer is “Denbergloss”  aliphatic exterior polyurethane paint having UV resistance.

Instructions for use:

  • Open carefully A and B parts

  • Stir them separately.

  • Pour from two parts in the correct ratio the necessary amount and combine well with automatic mixer (control by air pressure is suggested for safety reasons) for a consistent mixture.

  • Wait for 10 minutes while mixing the thinner as required and combine again. Spray a thin layer of 23 microns thickness dry film. If the layer does not seem entirely uniform or a part of surface is not painted, wait for 4-12 hours for absolute drying and then spray another layer. Insert into clean as well as controlled temp. drying room for about 12 hours before applying on the top layer.

  • Wash the tool immediately after finishing the painting.

Pot Life after blending the mixture a + b of 5 liters:

  • 35oC – 4 hr.

  • 30oC - 5 hr.

  • 25oC – 6 hr.

  • 20oC – 8 hr.

  • 15oC – 10 hr.  


  • Air required for 1 liter mixture epoxyden white is:

    • To get 10% LEL=65 M3

    • To get the TLV = 990 M3
