Denbercryl Antiflame for Cables st-931
Flexible and qualitative Denbercryl Antiflame for Cables st-931 is available with intumescing in heat and fire. It prevents fire spread as well as smoke ejects. For exterior as well as interior coating on glass wool as well as metal in fire passes, it is used. In addition, it is also employed in walls and ceilings, electric boxes, cables pass between floors, etc.
This highly viscose plaster/paint is available for coating glass wool filling in electric cables to prevent heat and fire spreading in event of fire. Intumescing and cut off the effects of heat
as well as flames when a fire spreads. It contains materials that stop the development of flame combustion and its influences. It also contains materials to reduce smoke. It is diluted with water owing to a unique molecular structure.

Do not smoke near it or in working area
Good air ventilation should be there while applying. If there is not enough air, use ventilation as per the ventilation table.
Wear safety suits, glasses and gloves
Avoid direct paint contact with the skin and eyes. Immediately wash thoroughly in case of any contact
Immediately call doctor in case of any injury
Read all safety instructions carefully on the labels and also see M.S.D.S
Warnings:
Don’t mix it with any product that is not recommended
Don’t apply under +7°C temperature
Don’t apply over 80% humidity
While applying without air, never throw it on anybody as a direct hit can be fatal at pressures of more than 150 atm.
Read carefully all the technical data listed in the section and for any clarification, you can contact to our tech. department.
All the listed information is a recommendation only and cannot be used in the court of law.
The costumer must examine & check that the availed product is attuned with his demands and equipment.
The listed information in this section is given as per the laboratory conditions (temperature, humidity etc.) that the products were checked.
The recommendations listed do not hold any accountability for this product.
Theoretical and actual coverage area are different concepts, the genuine coverage is affected by the necessary thickness of the layers, requisite number of layers, conditions of painting including the quantity of paint that spread in the air prior touching the surface.
The information of this section is based on understanding and accumulating data, we have the right to modify the information any time.
Paints that are in stagnant position or exposed to air more than requirement can change their qualities.
Clarifications:
Store at 15°C to 25°C temperature
Over Spray: Dust is created by dry gases of the air that causes the paint particles to fall on the surface. The impact becomes stronger owing to over pressure and heat. To evade the negative effect, the pressure of the spraying must be lowered to the essential minimum. A different possibility is to augment the amount of the thinner that cause the paint particles to fall wetter on the surface.
An additional suggested possibility is to add a retarder to enhance the time of painting application, hence increases the drying up time, and enabling it to reach the surface wetter
Pot Life: The working time that is possible to paint a mixture of two components, without spoiling the properties of the paint or disqualifying the paint.
Spray: A sprayer with a container to hold paint can be used to spray with air pressure.
Airless: a device having a piston to compresses the air for spraying paints.
Surface preparations: the level of cleanness is judged by international standards. This process comprises cleansing sand blasting to attain optimal results for painting adhesion. These standards are evenly compared to the Swiss SA, the German-Din the U.S SSPC SP standards. For each standard, there are indicators to make visual contrast between the surface cleansing and the indicator.
Quality inspection:
Prior to large surfaces’ painting, it is essential to test the product on a small area to ensure that the paint is attuned with the level of satisfactory.
Laboratory testing is done as per the standards institution specifications.
This "Data sheet" specified as noncommittal information, the product is recommended for specialized painting specialists. This information is not an alternate to personal guidance.
You should read the MSDS safety instructions carefully before start working with the product.
